The products purchased in our store are eligible for a refund policy.

Within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer (based on the signing date), if the goods and packaging are sold unopened in their original packaging, it will not affect our company's secondary sales. We can provide a full return service. Non quality issues are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Our company is responsible for quality issues.

Before returning or exchanging goods, please go through the  service@auroralucky.com Get in touch. Otherwise, we have the right to refuse requests for returns and exchanges without any explanation. We promise to unconditionally return or exchange the goods within 7 days, and the customer will bear the shipping and loading and unloading costs.

Return and exchange conditions

Non quality issue return and exchange products must meet the following three return and exchange conditions.

1. Ensure that the product is not damaged.

2. Ensure that the outer packaging of the product is intact and undamaged. (including fillers and outer packaging boxes)

3. Ensure the completeness of product accessories, manuals, warranty forms, hang tags, gifts, etc.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise:

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you believe that you have received defective or damaged merchandise, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We cannot make any exceptions to this policy. If we do not receive notification of a damaged item within 3 days, we will have to reject the return and no store credit will be issued.

Customers can apply for a refund within 1-5 days after purchase, but they need to provide proof of purchase and guarantee that the product has not been used or damaged. The refund amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days after confirming the application.

If you want to cancel the order after payment, you can contact our customer service team before the goods are shipped. We will fully refund your payment, but please contact us as soon as possible to improve processing speed.
